Peavey extends range of Escorts

Peavey Electronics is now shipping new versions of its Escort integrated portable PA system.

The new models adds features such as digital multi-effects, a USB MP3 player, Bluetooth wireless audio (on the Escort 6000), the manufacturer’s Mid-Morph technology and FLS (Feedback Locating System). The carrying case with luggage style wheels provides storage for everything needed for sound, including room for optional accessories such as microphones and cables.

The Escort 3000 combines dual 150W 10-inch speakers, offering seven channels, six combination XLR ¼-inch inputs, RCA/3.5 TRS media inputs, USB MP3 playback, digital multi-effects, an LCD screen for file playback and effect selection, a 7-band graphic equaliser, two folding speaker stands and two 5m speaker patch cables.

The higher output Escort 5000 system comes with dual 250W 10-inch speakers offering eight channels, in addition to providing seven XLR ¼-inch inputs, a monitor send and subwoofer output. The Escort 6000 comes with dual 300W 10-inch speakers offering nine channels.
