Pro Tools Instrument Expansion Pack

Avid has announced the availability of the new Pro Tools Instrument Expansion Pack, featuring a collection of all Pro Tools virtual instruments.
The Pro Tools Instrument Expansion Pack includes the Hybrid 1.6 synthesiser, Strike 1.5 virtual drummer software, the Structure 1.1 professional sampler workstation, Velvet 1.3 vintage electric pianos and Transfuser 1.3 groove creator. These comprise more than 55Gb of sounds and samples.
Avid also has new versions of its Media Composer (v.5), NewsCutter (v.9) and Symphony (v.5) editing systems with features including native support for popular industry formats such as RED, QuickTime and Canon XF. Matrox MX02 Mini monitoring hardware is also supported alongside HD-RGB finishing capabilities and multi-channel audio support.
The editing systems also feature improved audio effects and multi-channel audio support, while stereo timelines can now be treated as one channel or layer. Finally, an enhanced user interface offers a timeline Smart Tool with drag and drop audio and video elements as well as editing and trimming features.
