RCF makes additions to TT+ range

With the addition of the new TTS26-A subwoofer, the manufacturer reports its new column array ‘becomes a powerful, compact and high definition live sound system’.

The TTL11A is an active column speaker array system composed of two modules, one for the mid-high and one for sub frequencies. The TTL11A-H is the HF module and is equipped with four 2.5-inch neodymium compression drivers with 1.5-inch exit throat. The TTL11A-B is the bass frequency section of the system and features four 8-inch neodymium woofers with 2.5-inch voice coil. A 96kHz, 32 bit DSP integrated in the TTL11A-H module provides the signal processing also for the TTL11A-B. Both modules are powered by 2,000W digital amplifiers.

The TTL11A features eight possible splay digital angles, from 0- to 7-degrees with 1-degree step increments. TTL11A-H and TTL11A-B are equipped with heavy duty multi-functional top and bottom quick lock mechanics.

The TTS26-A is a subwoofer designed for a variety of professional fixed or portable sound applications. The two 15-inch neodymium woofers are powered by a 3,400W digital amplifier. The TTS26-A is equipped with a ‘fully featured’ input board, providing: In/Out XLR connectors, crossover out XLR connector, system sensitivity control, crossover set-up (90Hz – 120Hz), hi-pass set-up (35Hz – 50Hz), four status LEDs and a RDnet ethercon In/Out connectors.

Another new sub from RCF is the TTS56-a active subwoofer system designed for touring sound reinforcement. The two 21-inch woofers are in a clamshell loading configuration. The power section comprises two 3,400W digital amplifiers, 96kHz, 32 bit floating point DSP processing, time delay setting, network board, remote monitoring and control and analogue inputs. The cabinet is constructed in Baltic birch and the internal structure is heavily braced to survive long-term use and transportation.
