Smaller Hicon jack connector from Sommer Cable

Sommer cable is now shipping the Hicon jack connector, which has reduced in diameter to sizes between 6.3 to 7.8mm.

The new jack plug has been fitted with a transparent code ring allowing a sticker or paper strip to be slid underneath, meaning cables can be labeled individually. Features include an anti-twist solid pin with a hard gold-plated contact tip, and metal housing with a scratch-proof velvet chrome coating. Additionally, strain relief has been incorporated to ensure the cable and its internal construction is not damaged.

Available in mono and stereo versions, the Hicon jack connector comes with a five-year warranty.
