Tasker introduces miniaturised cables for micro applications

Tasker’s most recent launch takes the form of a range of miniaturised cables for micro audio and electronic applications. The series comprises six products featuring very thin wires made by Nylon and Kevlar yarn, which are twisted together with OFC copper wires to ensure flexibility and effective mechanical resistance.

Key cables within the range are the TSK1140 and the TSK1148, featuring outer diameters ranging from 1.6mm to 2.8mm. These are particularly suitable for a wide range of portable audio devices and commonly used technologies, such as iPods, smartphones, mobiles, and for the connection of small microphones, headphones and mini headphones.

The cables are also suitable for micro-electronics applications such as micro-electro medical use, for the interface of micro-devices and for industrial assemblies in small spaces.
