Tasker unveils new HDTV-SDI and Komby cables

Tasker has released a range of coaxial HDTV-SDI cables as well as the Komby cable series, designed for fixed or mobile installations.

According to the manufacturer, the new cables are intended for use in theatres, television studios, recording, video production, as well as for mobile units and video walls.

Tasker states the new cables are suited for the transport of high frequencies with low attenuations. The HDTV-SDI range is comprised of gas-injected cables designed to transfer video digital signals from distances from 80m to 100m. The series is made up of the TSK 1077, TSK 1080, and the T 42, reportedly producing ‘very low attenuation’.

The range of Komby cables include the TSK 1091 (n.1 coax HDTV + n.1 Digital Audio) and the TSK 1096 (n.4 coax HDTV + n.4 Digital Audio), reportedly suited for monitors, video walls and in studios. All of the cables feature a Firestop sheath.
