AIMS gains a new member in Coveloz

WORLD: Media networking solutions vendor, Coveloz, has joined the Alliance for IP Media Solutions. The Canadian company specialises in the development of programmable embedded technologies, focusing on deterministic networking to speed up and lower costs when introducing new products to the broadcast and A/V markets.
‘Coveloz is a technology vendor of media networking and processing solutions,’ explained Coveloz president Nestor Amaya. ‘We firmly believe that these solutions should build on open standards, such as those promoted by AIMS. The goals of AIMS align with our vision of how to best serve a market seeking the flexibility and affordability of a COTS packet-based infrastructure.’
