B-Side Project open for entries

WORLD: Registration has opened for the 2017 edition of the B-Side Project, a global remix competition in which musicians, singer-songwriters, bands and composers of all genres can enter. The deadline to enter is 30 June and 50 original tracks will then be shortlisted and paired with registered electronic music producers who will remix them before 31 October. The final awards ceremony takes pace at Metropolis Studios in London on December, with the overall winner receiving £15,000 worth of equipment and the chance to watch their track being mastered at the renowned studios.
Prism Sound is sponsoring the competition for the third year in a row. ‘We are really delighted to once again support this great initiative,’ said Graham Boswell, sales and marketing director at Prism Sound. ‘The B-Side Project creates networks between musicians, producers and the wider industry, merging genres and providing real world opportunities to release their music, alongside additional platforms to amplify their careers.’
