WORLD: Biamp Systems’ new manufacturing facility recently opened its doors at its Oregon-based headquarters and as a result, the company has announced three promotions within its executive and senior management structure to facilitate its recent growth.
Matt Czyzewski has been anointed Biamp’s chief operating officer following a 15 year career within the organisation which has seen him occupy vice president and executive vice president roles. As COO, Mr Czyzewski will preside over all departments within the operation, with the exception of finance and corporate services.
Formerly Biamp’s regional manager of Western Europe, Stephen Patterson has been promoted to the role of sales development director for EMEA. Mr Patterson will now focus on expanding Biamp’s presence across the Middle East and Europe, whilst building the brand in the region.
Back in the states, Dayna Lyons has been named as vice president of corporate services, a role that will see her take responsibility for the company’s human resources, legal and facilities departments. Ms Lyons has been with Biamp for eight years, serving as a director in her previous position.
‘We are celebrating Biamp’s 40th anniversary this year, and while we embrace our rich history, we remain laser-focused on the future,’ said Biamp president and CEO, Steve Metzger. ‘These promotions and our new facility expansion are important steps in the growth of the organisation and our commitment to delivering the great products and services our customers expect from us.’
