Brothers split CEO duties at AV Stumpfl

WORLD: Fabian Stumpfl has risen to the role of CEO at his family’s company, AV Stumpfl. His brother, Tobias Stumpfl, will also continue to serve as a CEO of the Austrian A/V manufacturer.
‘We work really well as a team,’ explained Tobias Stumpfl. ‘In order to reach our goals we have to constantly take decisions and adjust our strategy to new developments. That kind of joint decision-making only works when you can completely trust one another.’
Fabian Stumpfl, who prior to his new role was responsible for HR and strategic planning, discussed the company’s current priorities: ‘Together with our team, we will continue to push the boundaries of what is technologically possible. Growing our international distributor network is another high priority for us.’
