ChyronHego expands global support

WORLD: ChyronHego has appointed a new vice president of worldwide customer support in AJ Steffenberg. With its ongoing growth into global markets a priority for the production software solutions manufacturer, it has brought Mr Steffenberg aboard to lean upon his 30 years of industry experience while expanding global support capabilities.
Joining from Avid, where he served in several roles including Americas services senior delivery manager and most recently as senior manager, Avid worldwide training, Mr Steffenberg is reporting to ChyronHego president and CEO, Johan Apel. A graduate of Fitchburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in communications and media, he is tasked with providing the company's increasing worldwide network of technical teams with best practices and procedures for customer support.
