Cory Schaeffer joins QSC as director of systems solutions

WORLD: Cory Schaeffer has joined QSC Systems as director of systems solutions alongside recently appointed Joey D’Angelo. Ms Schaeffer moves to the manufacturer with over 25 years of pro audio experience, having co-founded Listen Technologies Corporation. In that role, she was credited with introducing assistive listening products to more than 30 countries. Most recently, Ms Schaeffer held the position of AMX vice president, western sales for corporate, education and government business unit.

Ms Schaeffer has served a four-year term on the board of directors for InfoComm International and a two-year term on the ICIF board which establishes scholarships for people wanting to enter the pro A/V industry. She is also the recipient of several industry awards including the 2014 InfoComm Women in AV award.
