David Traverse named Artel Video Systems CFO

WORLD: David Traverse has been named vice president of finance and chief financial officer for IP- and fibre-based media transport specialist Artel Video Systems. Mr Traverse is described as brining ‘a strong background and high success rate’ to the company, particularly in forming partnerships to support long-term growth.
Prior to his appointment, Mr Traverse worked for a number of companies within the mobile, cloud-based and telecommunications sectors. He has held roles for Scratch Wireless Inc, AccuRev Inc and SoundBite Communications.
