ETC acquires High End Systems

WORLD: ETC has completed its acquisition of High End Systems from Barco. The deal was first announced in March, with ETC looking to capitalise on the opportunity to ‘broaden its strategic focus and pursue additional desired areas of technology growth’. High End Systems will continue to operate as a separate brand from its existing facility in Austin, Texas with all sales distribution channels remaining unaffected for the foreseeable future.
