FSR further develops furniture business

WORLD: Applying focus to its growing furniture business, FSR has created the role of business development manager, furniture distribution and design channel. Lourdes Collins joins the A/V infrastructure solutions manufacturer to fill the role, bringing more than 15 years of experience in building relationships within the contract furniture industry.
FSR’s growth in the furniture market is attributed to the success of products such as the HuddleVU collaboration systems. Ms Collins will work to develop the business with furniture manufacturers and distribution channel partners as well as to develop strategies in collaboration with other FSR divisions on a company-wide basis.
‘Furniture has become so important as organisations and schools integrate A/V equipment directly into working environments,’ said Chaz Porter, director of global sales at FSR. ‘We are confident that Lourdes' background and foresight will serve to support our customers and vendors alike.’
