WORLD: Integrated Systems Events has announced that with four months to go until ISE 2016, over 43,000 sq-m of exhibition space has already been sold. This already represents an 11 per cent increase on the 2015 edition, with the organiser offering the news as confirmation of its decision to increase the exhibition to four days for the first time next year. Attendee registration for the event has also now opened.
‘The fact that the four-day ISE is “sold out” indicates that it was the correct decision to expand the show and a vote of confidence from our exhibitors and partners,’ explained Integrated Systems Events managing director, Mike Blackman. ‘We are sure that it will deliver a richer experience for everyone that attends.’
Taking place at the Amsterdam RAI, ISE 2016 will occupy Halls 1-12, plus the Diamond Lounge and the new Amtrium building, which has been booked out entirely by Samsung. In line with the move to four days, new opening hours have been announced. Doors are open from 10.00am until 6.00pm on 9 February, 9.30am until 6pm on 10-11 February, and 9.30am until 4pm on 12 February.
Furthermore, the organiser has announced an updated board of directors that includes the addition of recently appointed Cedia CEO, Vincent Bruno. Formerly, Mr Bruno was the marketing director for Crestron Electronics, where he led its global marketing strategy.
