Powersoft sales team grows with rack amps role

WORLD: Italian manufacturer Powersoft has appointed industry newcomer Fabrizio Romano Bolzoni to the newly-created position of sales manager, rack amps. The appointment is described by the manufacturer as continuing the expansion of its management infrastructure ‘in line with substantial year-on-year growth in turnover’.
According to the manufacturer, Mr Bolzoni has spent the last 15 years working within the sales and marketing departments of a number of ‘multinational companies operating in different industries’. His experience ranges from white goods to the fitness sector and the automotive business.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr Bolzoni said: ‘My task has always been to develop multi-channel sales in international markets and I am looking forward to facing the same challenges at Powersoft, where I will be responsible for the Rack Amps sales and coordination of the field force covering the global market.’ Particular attention is expected to be paid to developing the manufacturer’s global dealer network. ‘Having worked in different industries, I hope to bring a new perspective to the company and both sustain and increase the fantastic growth that Powersoft continues to experience,’ he concluded.
In terms of the ongoing growth of Powersoft, sales and marketing director Luca Giorgi clarified that the company’s current momentum represents a year-on-year turnover increase of more than 35 per cent. ‘This is a huge achievement in terms of turnover, confirming the uniqueness of our products, and the high value with which our brand is perceived,’ he commented. ‘To support this outstanding growth it has been necessary to boost our sales organisation, in terms of both people and processes. Fabrizio is the perfect fit in terms of experience. He will also integrate perfectly with the existing sales team while embracing Powersoft’s brand values. We have really high expectations and welcome him to the company.’
