QSC scoops best online training award

WORLD: QSC has been awarded with an SCN Stellar Service award for its online training programme.
‘The delivery method of training needs to be as effective as the content itself,’ commented Patrick Heyn, director of marketing, systems at QSC. ‘QSC’s fresh approach to training was a direct response to dry online training courses that lose sight of the goal, which ultimately needs to balance form and function.’
QSC has made all online training for its products available for free via its website and on YouTube. The manufacturer is keen to make sure that training content is accessible, with the videos currently available in English, Spanish and Chinese. German versions are also expected to launch later this year, as well as a fully indexed video transcript search function.
Courses are available for the majority of QSC products, with a brand new curriculum recently added to support the company’s new conferencing solution.
