Renkus-Heinz reshuffles the senior management deck

WORLD: As Renkus-Heinz continues to enjoy worldwide growth, the manufacturer has undergone a senior management reshuffle. The restructuring has seen senior vice president, Ralph Heinz, appointed as CTO, whilst Monika Heinz Smetona has taken on the responsibilities of COO, both of whom report to company founder and CEO, Harro Heinz.

The newly formed director of marketing role has been allocated to Margie Kirby, in which the long-serving marketing manager will lead the company’s branding and communications. Meanwhile, Jim Bailey steps up into the position of product marketing manager. Former vice president of sales and marketing, Rik Kirby is set to leave the organisation as he looks to start his own venture.

‘We wish Rik Kirby well in his new venture, and look ahead to continued growth and development for Renkus-Heinz,’ said COO Monika Heinz Smetona. ‘This new management structure is a reflection of the growth of the company and the evolution of our positions within that structure. The expansion of our presence internationally calls for increased attention to those markets, as well as a fresh look at best practices for providing sales and technical support here in the US.’

As part of the reorganisation, Ladd Temple has also been promoted from western regional sales manager to North American sales manager, with his new role covering the US, Canada and Mexico. Working alongside Mr Temple on the US part of the business, while also managing sales in South America is Jim Mobley, who has risen up the ranks from his position as senior applications engineer, filling the role of technical sales manager.
