Stampede takes on global sales and distribution for Calibre

WORLD: To ensure that its complete product portfolio of presentation scalers and switchers, converters, adapters and displays are available worldwide, Calibre has announced a global distribution and sales agreement with Stampede. The agreement was reached with the recent setup of Stampede’s UK and European facility overseen by managing director Andy Read. While promoting the British manufacturer’s entire catalogue, Stampede will initially add emphasis to the 4K HQUltra scalers.
‘For years, Stampede has built a reputation as a high value added distributor in the United States, Canadian and Latin American markets. We operate by thinking globally, while acting locally, which is why we have account managers based in each market,’ said Stampede CEO Mark Wilkins. ‘Calibre UK offers a wealth of experience in the electronics industry and consistently provides high performance pro A/V scaling solutions. We are confident that we have the marketing infrastructure in place to make this a very successful distribution partnership.’
