Analog Way enhances global support

WORLD: Analog Way has announced the appointment of Jérôme Tancray as its new global customer service and after sales support director. Based in France, where Analog Way’s headquarters are located, Mr Tancray will develop customer service and take charge of the manufacturer’s worldwide Technical Support divisions.
Prior to joining Analog Way, Mr Tancray worked in the medical instrumentation sector where he gained extensive experience in customer service. His position involved varied tasks from field technical support to the development and implementation of training programmes and service offers.
