Andy Hurt joins Front Porch Digital

WORLD: Andy Hurt has been appointed vice president, product management at Front Porch Digital. Based in Denver, US, Mr Hurt will report to chief operating officer, Phil Jackson.

Mr Hurt brings more than 12 years of experience leading product development, management, strategy and operations in multiple global technology organisations to his new role. Most recently, he served as senior director of product development and delivery at Level (3) Communications, where he led a global product development organisation for content delivery network (CDN), cloud origin storage, and video transport products.

Prior to this, he server at First Data as senior director, product solutions, and was general manager of product operations and finance at DISH Network. Mr Hurt also served for three years as a United States Peace Corps volunteer in Paraguay, and has an MBA in international management from the Fisher Graduate School of International Business at the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Kansas.
