Big names gather for first ever Houses of Worship Technologies Asia exhibition

SINGAPORE: Major companies with highly regarded brand names have already confirmed their participation at Houses of Worship Technologies Asia 2012, taking place from 17-19 August 2012 at Singapore's iconic new landmark Marina Bay Sands.
So far the list of exhibitors includes Acoustic & Lighting, Active Visual, ADB Lighting, Audio Light Asia, AV Media, Aviom, Avolites, Chainmaster, Clair Brothers, Clay Paky, Coda Audio LLP, Community Pro, Dts Lighting, EAW, Electronics & Engineering, Electronic Theatre Controls, ESCO AV, Furman, Klark Teknik, Kupo, Lemo Asia, Logic System, Lumen Radio, Mackie, Medios Associate, Midas, MyMix, Neutrik, Nexo, Panasonic, Powersoft, Quad Professional, RCF, Robert Juliat, Showtec Communication, Shure, Surgex , Symetrix, Tascam, Total Solution, Vari*Lite and Yamaha Music.
The inaugural event is being actively supported by regional media and is expected to attract members from regional Houses of Worship. Organiser IIR Exhibitions is hoping that HOW visitors will be especially drawn to the event by the comprehensive conference programme intended to cover a wide area of interest relating to Houses of Worship, including product workshops and demonstrations, seminars and discussions led by key industry leaders, a Houses of Worship Technology showcase, hands-on training and live internet streaming from a dedicated broadcast stage – said to be the first time such a platform is being made available on a large scale to the Houses of Worship segment.
Government funding is available for qualifying participants, with up to a 50 per cent subsidy under the International Marketing Activities Programme (IMAP) scheme by International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore). Details are available on the show's web site and by calling +65 6319 2668.
