SINGAPORE: New dates, a new venue and a new media partnership have all conjoined to generate great interest in Houses of Worship Technologies Asia 2012, the inaugural exhibition of AVL technology relevant to HOW operators across the region.
With the announcement that renovation works are to be brought forward by original venue Suntec, the event will now be held from 17 – 19 August 2012 at Marina Bay Sands, one of the newest and most iconic landmarks in Singapore.
‘This will help Houses of Worship Technologies Asia 2012 to draw even more regional visitors to the show,’ commented exhibitions director Anna Cheong. Meanwhile a media partnership has been struck with Blank Canvas Publishing, the multimedia owner of Worship AVL Asia as well as Pro Audio Asia and Pro Audio Middle East magazines.
‘In a very timely fashion IIR Exhibitions is attempting to unite the various elements of the House Of Worship market, and to show that everyone involved has a whole series of common interests,’ commented Blank Canvas founder Richard Lawn. ‘These interests extend from choosing the right suppliers and increasing knowledge of how to face the technical challenges that everyone faces, to keeping up with business trends and sharing creative inspiration. The goals of IIR Exhibitions and Worship AVL Asia magazine are clearly aligned, and we’ll be working together over the next five months to make Houses Of Worship Technologies Asia 2012 the most effective forum it can be.’
Houses of Worship Technologies Asia 2012 has also been awarded with the IMAP Scheme, which enables Singapore companies to attain a subsidy of up to 50 per cent on space rental. Details about eligibility for subsidy and how to apply to the IMAP scheme are available on the show’s web site.
